The Swing Street Hot 7 wandering vintage band were formed in 2003. The band started as a new generation of jazz band and is made up of todays young up and coming players on the jazz and swing scene. The band are making a name for themselves as one of the most reliable bands on the UK wedding, corporate and party circuit. They reflect on the past while creating a contemporary sound.

The Swing Street Hot 7 offer many line up variations in order to accommodate all venue sizes, budgets and events.

The band also includes a fantastic male singer. The perfect addition to the ensemble for a sophisticated event or wedding.
All members are able to wander except the drummer. If you want a band that can stroll and play individual songs to your guests then perhaps the 3 piece or 4 piece line-ups would work for you. If you wanted to make the band that bit bigger you can as larger wandering ensembles are possible.
If dancing is something you want for your party, we recommend any line-up with drums from the 4-piece (option 2) upwards. More instruments can be added to enhance the sound. The 6 or 7-piece band has a large sound so depending on the size of the performance space, this is the perfect ensemble for creating a timeless impression.
